How it works
What we watch
CAPLE's registration page asks its server which centers are taking sign-ups for each exam, and which dates each center has. We ask the same questions, for every country and every exam, and remember the answers. A center that appears, a new date, and a date that comes back after disappearing are what we alert you about.
How often
CIPLE and CIPLE-e every 5 minutes. Every minute in the windows when dates opened in 2026: from 5 to 20 January, and from noon to 5 p.m. (UTC) on the first Monday of each month. Other exams hourly, and every 5 minutes for anyone watching them.
How we reach you
Email, text message (SMS), WhatsApp and Telegram are included. Every alert says the city, the exam and the date, with the link to CAPLE's registration page. Texts and WhatsApp messages end with "Reply STOP to end".
Wake-up calls
For €5 more, we phone you: for the cities you choose, at the hours you choose, and a second time two minutes later if you don't answer. After you sign up we show you how to let our number ring through Do Not Disturb, and you can ask for a test call.
Your consent
We only message the email address and phone number you give us and confirm, and only about exam dates. Calls and texts need you to tick a box agreeing to them. You can pause or stop any channel at any time.
What we never do
We don't book exams, hold seats or sell them. We don't ask for your passport, ID or CAPLE login. We don't sell or share your details.
