Larson Labs runs CIPLE Alerts. We keep your email address, your phone number if you give one, your chosen exam, cities and channels, your language, and a record of the alerts we sent you, so we can send them. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card. Messages go through Resend (email), Twilio (text, WhatsApp and calls) and Telegram. The site runs on Cloudflare. Page translations other than English and Portuguese are made by a machine translation service; your details are never sent to it. We keep your details until the end of your exam year plus 90 days, then delete them. You can delete them yourself at any time from your account page, or by writing to privacy@ciplealerts.com.
